Black Belt Candidates Testing Night
Instead of Coach Jenny’s regular Combat Conditioning/Adult Striking class, tonight will consist of an intense workout to prepare candidates in our Black Belt Cycle for the final test. Tonight’s class is open to all members whom wish to have an intense workout, and those who are helping candidates.

About the event
BLACK BELT CANDIDATES & PRE-CYCLE CANDIDATES:
- Testing nights are not optional, so please make sure you are present. IF you cannot attend, please make it known to Coach Jenny, or Master Hahn.
- Please arrive up to 15 minutes early, so we can start on time
- Testing nights occur once per month, leading up to the final test (Warrior Weekend)
- A run follows each Friday testing night - should the weather be too severe, we will further condition inside, to take place of the run
REMEMBER:
- Mark your classes and runs on the designated tracking sheet
- Make sure to get in the specified number of runs required each week
