REMINDERS FOR THE CHANGING SEASONS:

Shoes MUST be worn anytime off the mat. Bring sandals.

Shoes MUST be worn in the restroom.
-
When the weather is unfair, please give yourself extra time to arrive to class on time; especially when roads are slick. Parking lots are also likely slick -- be careful!

In the event of a closure, we will send out a Fit by Wix App Notification and post on Instagram & Facebook to alert as many members as quickly as possible. Please help us, help you by joining our dojo on the Wix app, as that is how we send out mass notifications.
