About the event

BLACK BELT CANDIDATES & PRE-CYCLE CANDIDATES:

  • Testing nights are not optional, so please make sure you are present. IF you cannot attend, please make it known to Coach Jenny, or Master Hahn.
  • Please arrive up to 15 minutes early, so we can start on time
  • Testing nights occur once per month, leading up to the final test (Warrior Weekend)
  • A run follows each Friday testing night - should the weather be too severe, we will further condition inside, to take place of the run

REMEMBER:

  • Mark your classes and runs on the designated tracking sheet
  • Make sure to get in the specified number of runs required each week
