IMPORTANT - ACTION REQUIRED: Exciting Updates are underway!

Attention Members,

We are excited to share that our dojo is entering a new chapter with a change in ownership. This transition does not change the leadership of our programs - Coach Zack and Coach Justin will continue leading classes and working with our students as they always have. There are just a few important administrative updates that will help ensure a smooth transition while maintaining the same commitment to quality instruction and a welcoming training environment. 

As part of this process, we need all members to complete the following:

*For members that are on a family plan, only one submission of each form below will need to be completed per family - You do not need to complete each form for each person. Please ensure all members under the family plan are listed on the form with the “additional members” option.

1. Complete a new liability release form:

2. Update your payment information:

We are transitioning to a new, updated payment processor (which now supports Tap to Pay and Apple Pay!), which means all members will need to enter their credit card information through our new secure system. Please use the link below to update your payment method. No charge will appear at this time, as we work to collect everyone’s information and work to ensure all membership rates are correctly assigned. Your saved payment method will be able to be used for future payments in the dojo (such as merch, food, beverages, etc.):

We appreciate your prompt attention to these items. We are working to ensure this process is as seamless as possible, and completing both steps as soon as possible will help prevent any interruption to your membership or billing. 

Please rest assured that your current membership rate will not be changing.  If your payment date falls on the 5th or 20th of the month, your payment date is not changing.  If your payment date currently falls on the 10th of the month, you will need to select a new recurring payment date. You may choose to have your future payments processed on either the 5th or 20th of each month. Please make sure to select your preferred payment date when filling out the forms above.
